General Information About the Online Store

PLUSNUTRA OY sells products to adult private individuals. All product prices include VAT.

Customers are bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order. These terms must be read before completing a purchase. PLUSNUTRA OY reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions.

Return and Refund policy

Customers have a 14 day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Customer returns must always be agreed upon in advance. You can start a return by sending us an email to asiakaspalvelu(at)plusnutra.com.  Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and marketable products in their original packaging. If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

When returning a product, please include:

o   Your name

o   Your address

o   Phone number

o   The receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued directly to your account. The customer will get a refund for the purchased product. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed to the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Products

The contents of the shipment must be checked immediately upon delivery. If the contents of the package do not match the order or products are damaged during transportation, it must be reported immediately to asiakaspalvelu(at)plusnutra.com or by mail:

If possible, broken products should be photographed and the photos sent to asiakaspalvelu(at)plusnutra.com.

Notifications regarding incorrect or defective products must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. If the parcel has been damaged during delivery, please file a complaint with the carrier immediately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
