Ordering
A confirmation of a successful order will be sent to the email address provided. The confirmation includes the products ordered and their prices. PLUSNUTRA OY reserves the right to cancel an order or deliver it partially in the event of stock discrepancies or technical errors.
Discounts and Promotions
Campaigns are valid for a limited time, and discounts or offers cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Campaign offers and discounts are only valid for orders placed during the campaign period. Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch orders within approximately 1–3 business days. During major campaigns, sales periods, or other exceptional situations, delivery times may be longer. We will always communicate extended delivery times clearly.
The delivery time begins only after the customer has received a delivery confirmation by email.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Within Finland:
o Delivery to a parcel locker or pick up point: 3.95 € (free for orders over 59 €)
o Home delivery by Posti: 8.45 € (free for orders over 69 €)
Unclaimed Shipments
Our delivery partners store parcels for seven days after arrival. A notification is sent by email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.
An unclaimed parcel is not considered a return under consumer protection law. In such cases, we will automatically charge a 15 € fee to cover shipping and handling costs for unclaimed orders during the refund process.
